The insurance conditions as mentioned below are a selection of the most common conditions on our market. Only the effective and affiliated members of our association have full access to the complete Repertory of standard conditions for marine and transport insurance.

The insurance conditions are a free and non-commital translation of the original wordings in Duth and French. The use of the wordings is completeley free and the parties involved can always accept different conditions in their policies.
